New Applicant Processing
We welcome new members at SAR! For Realtors®, MLS Access is activated usually within 48 hours when the membership application is received by our Member Services Staff. When hiring a new agent in your office, please follow the steps below to expedite your new agent(s) access and services from the Association.
- Agent Completes the application and the broker signs it on the Designated Realtor/broker signature line.
- Call Pat Englerth. at 328-1153 or Teri Hartley at 328-1155 for an appointment for New Member Class.
- The new agent brings to the new member class, a copy of their real estate license or the Pass slip from the State Exam, the payment required and the completed application.
MLS Training and Lockbox Key classes are setup after the New Member Orientation class.

New members must agree as a condition of membership to familiarize themselves with the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors®, including the duty to arbitrate business disputes in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of the National Association of Realtors® and the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of SAR, the Florida Association of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®.
