New Applicant Processing
We welcome new members at SAR! For Realtors®, MLS Access is activated usually within 48 hours when the membership application is received by our Member Services Staff. When hiring a new agent in your office, please follow the steps below to expedite your new agent(s) access and services from the Association.
- Complete the application and have your broker sign it on the Designated Realtor®/Broker signature line.
- Fax (941-952-3418) completed application to SAR or bring completed application to SAR, be sure to include payment.

New members must agree as a condition of membership to familiarize themselves with the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors®, including the duty to arbitrate business disputes in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of the National Association of Realtors® and the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of SAR, the Florida Association of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®.
