What qualifications are required to serve on the SAR Board of Directors?
The qualifications are established in the Bylaws. Directors are required to have been a member of SAR for at least two years immediately prior to election and must have served on at least one SAR committee prior to election. No more than two members from any one firm may serve as directors-at-large.
