I am in front of a listing with a client and my key is expired. How can I update my key?
On the back of your keypad there is a phone number for Kim Voice (1-888-968-4032). The recording will ask for your key number and pin number followed by the # sign. Enter your key number and pin number, then hit #. The recording will give you an emergency update code for your keypad. Have a pen and paper handy to write the number down. Then on your keypad, hit enter, arrow down to input update or CBS code, hit enter, then 1. It will now ask you for your update code. Enter the code and hit enter.
