New Member Orientation

The new member orientation program is a requirement for membership in the Sarasota Association of Realtors® and must be completed within 90 days of submitting the membership application to SAR.

The program is held on the second Monday of each month. The morning segment, from 9 a.m. to Noon, is an overview of the benefits and responsibilities of membership of the three associations-- SAR, the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) - that comprise Realtor® membership. The afternoon segment, from 1 to 4 p.m., provides the required NAR Code of Ethics training.
