Preview: Revised FAR/BAR and AS IS

Julie Horstkamp, who currently serves on the FAR/BAR Attorney/Realtor Committee, will review the new contract format and discuss the revisions made from the FAR/BAR-8 to the new Florida Realtors/Florida Bar (FAR/BAR) Contract which should be published in June.

In addition, Ms. Horstkamp will also discuss revisions made from the FAR/BAR ASIS-2x to the Florida Realtors/Florida Bar (FAR/BAR) AS-IS Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase. Ms. Horstkamp will provide copies of the new contract forms along with a summary addressing the revisions section by section.

Ms. Horstkamp is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney with the Sarasota firm Kirk Pinkerton.
