This seminar is brought to you by the Green Realtors Alliance of Sarasota (GRAS). GRAS was founded in 2007 as a committee of the Sarasota Association of Realtors. Its mission is to be a resource for the preservation of our environment and natural resources as it pertains to real estate.
About the seminar:

Lynn Nilssen of Greentential will discuss what is green building, shifting consumer attitudes, changes to the MLS and how you can get ahead of the curve, all while generating positive change and expanding your earning potential.

Lee Hayes Byron of Sarasota County Sustainability Department will give an overview of the counties’ sustainability initiatives, including greenhouse gas profile and why buildings are an important part of every solution in reducing our carbon emissions. She will also discuss government green building and retrofit incentives.
