GRI Course 1 Coming Soon!

If you are a new salesperson, the GRI Course 1 will offer the 45 hours of Post-License education you need during the first salesperson license renewal cycle. By taking this course, you can get a leg up on earning your GRI designation while taking care of your 45-hour state licensure requirement. For brokers and salespeople not in their first renewal cycle, the course offers 14 hours of continuing education (includes Core Law). Instructors are all screened and approved by the Florida Association of Realtors.

The GRI designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate industry professionals that you have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to your clients by securing a strong educational foundation.

The GRI designation—Graduate, REALTOR Institute—is the nation’s #1 real estate designation. It is earned through state associations whose courses of study meet the standards established by the National Association of REALTORS. The designation is available only to members of NAR.

The three courses leading to the GRI designation in Florida can be taken in any order. GRI Course 1 is approved for 45 hours of Sales Associate Post Licensing or 11 hours specialty CE and 3 hours Core Law.
