The Sarasota Association of Realtors® offers its members the opportunity to join the Commercial Investment Division. Specifically created in 1973 to serve the needs of the local commercial real estate industry, the CID exists to help professionals share commercial real estate information in Sarasota and the surrounding region.

One of the tools designed to assist commercial agents and brokers is a database of commercial property listings and recent sale/lease comparables, and a tool for research, marketing, communicating and networking. Driven by the Catylist software system, and formerly known as Suncoast CIX, the database is now incorporated into the My Florida Regional MLS, and is now called My Florida Commercial Real Estate.
